Featured pictures gallery navigation bar. Used to link to the top of the page and the gallery overview at the bottom. Insert after each gallery section. It works with the templates {{anchor|top}} and {{anchor|Featured pictures galleries}} which must be placed respectively top and bottom above the gallery.
