  • This is not a valid license tag as such, being a "public domain" statement for the CoA definition only. It must be completed with the copyright tag associated to the picture creation.
  • Coats of Arms pictures found on the net are usually copyrighted pictures.
  • Drawing a Coat of Arms from a heraldic description does not create a "derivative work": it creates an independent new representation of the Coat of Arms, and can be used to create free material.
