Places an anchor, "See also" link and shortcut box in a Commons:Copyright rules by territory sub-page
Usage

Place just after the section header. The template should not be transcluded. E.g. use:
<noinclude>{{CRT shortcut|FOP|Australia}}</noinclude>
This will create an anchor named "FOP", a "See also" link to Commons:Freedom of panorama and a shortcut box naming COM:FOP Australia

This template is not intended to be localized.
Anchor
The anchor provides a convenient, language-independent way for another page to link to the section in this page. E.g.

From a French-language page the above would link to
Commons:Copyright rules by territory/France/fr#FOP
However, since the anchor is placed just after the section name, the browser may not display the section name unless the user scrolls up. The user may just see:
