Renders a link to a COM:CRT/Country page
Usage
{{CRT pagelink |1= |pref= }}
The link is to the COM:CRT/country page in the current page language, if present.
The link name is the country name in the page language, preceded by the pref= value if present.
{{CRT pagelink|Peru}} would render [[Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Peru/es|Peru]] if the page language is "es"
{{CRT pagelink|Peru|pref=COM:CRT/}} would render [[Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Peru|COM:CRT/Peru]] if the page language is "xy"
