What are the statuses of Spanish, Arabic and Chinese in the Philippines. Are there substantial minorities using these languages as mother tongues? I do not think that the fact that a language is thaught at school is a reason to include it in this entry. Compare French and German in the Netherlands. Everybody learns it, but it doesn't make it a native language. Electionworld 16:02, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
