Södermalm is one of the Islands of Stockholm. It is connected to Gamla stan to the north, Nacka to the east, Södra Hammarbyhamnen to the east and southeast, Johanneshov to the south, Liljeholmen and Årsta to the southwest, Reimersholme to the west and Långholmen and Marieberg to the northwest.
