The Royal Victorian Order is an order of chivalry created by Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom in 1893. It has five classes (Knight or Dame Grand Cross, Knight or Dame Commander, Commander, Officer, and Member - although some commonwealth realms like Canada use only the lowest three ranks which do not carry title).
