Deutsch: Peter Behrens (* 14. April 1868 in Hamburg; † 27. Februar 1940 in Berlin) war ursprünglich Maler, wurde dann als Architekt vor dem ersten Weltkrieg zum Begründer der 'modernen' sachlichen Industriearchitektur und des modernen Industrie-Designs.
