English: Jaguar is a British car marque, created in 1935 by SS Cars Ltd (later renamed as Jaguar Cars), and transferred to Jaguar Land Rover (a subsidiary of Tata Motors Ltd since 2008) in 2013. It is used on luxury segment automobiles. Jaguar's beginnings reach back to the Swallow Sidecar Company which was founded in 1922 by William Walmsley and William Lyons.
