Iberico ham

Iberico ham, known as jamón ibérico (Spanish) or presunto ibérico (Portuguese), is type of cured ham produced in Spain and Portugal. Similar to Jamón serrano, it must be produced from pigs that are a minimum of 75% Black Iberian.
