Gröntjärn

Gröntjärn is a cold spring water well (lake). It has no visible inlets or outlets (which is not unique in this type of soil, with high water permeability). Due to complex subterranean flows it has a variation in level of more than 13 m. Level varies most in spring and autumn. The Gröntjärn lake is drained to the East to the Gladbäcken spring brook.

Gröntjärn is situated in the Gröntjärn nature reserve in Ljusdals kommun, Sweden.
