Saint Carantoc or Saint Carannog

@Hogyn Lleol: I changed the English text to "Saint Carantoc" (the version used in Categories and also in the English Wikipedia) and added the Welsh version with a link to the [non-existent] Welsh article "Sant Carannog". This should explain to the reader that Saint Carantoc and Saint Carannog are one and the same person. Since I do not speak any Welsh, I used an automatic translator.
