WTF? What on earth are these ridiculous arcs exactly 12 miles from shore? Surely the wind doesn't know it is International waters or not, if that is what they are indicating. And how come there is mysteriously no wind off the tip of Long Island? Delphi234 (talk) 19:42, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
