License and attribution

I had raised on the OTRS noticeboard a concern about the assessment as CC-BY-SA 4.0 by the OTRS agent in charge,Kvardek du. After further verification, the photographer is André Taponier and the photograph was taken in 1910 [1], which is coherent with the use here. @Coffee: FYI. — Racconish ^💬 12:21, 20 January 2020 (UTC)

@Racconish: Thank you very much for that updated and detailed source information! I have made a note in the relevant ticket for Kvardek du to reassess this issue. If the information above is not challenged, two conclusions may be drawn : (1) the OTRS procedure was inappropriate ; (2) the file is PD-old as other photographs by Taponier of the same sitter. — Racconish ^💬 12:46, 20 January 2020 (UTC)
