Hi, I uploaded this in good faith, using the {{PalestineRemembered}} template. However, someone might (?) have broken a copy-right law over at the PalestineRemembered-site, as it look as if the picture came from: http://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-4069788,00.html

I do not speak/read Hebrew; someone with knowledge of that language can hopefully translate, and see when it dates from. Please check if it is covered by {{PD-Israel}} Huldra (talk) 16:04, 9 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I did not assumed a bad faith when I notify you. You was the uploader so ther is no other way.
There is more than copyright issue here. First, the description in the source says "A view of the Moshava Hartuv", and not Artuf. The stones are the raw material to the quarry established by the settlers. And the second is the OTRS ticket. Seems to be problematic.
Anyway, the article says that the photos are from 1940s or earlier so it may qualify as {{PD-Israel}}. If you wish to change the source, the license and the description, go ahead. -- Geagea (talk) 18:24, 9 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I loaded a new version of this picture from the Palmach archive which appears to be the original source, See comment on the Artuf talk page. Padres Hana (talk) 21:39, 26 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
