Here's a really nice march two-step from a Canadian composer who published several pieces. The title and cover artwork are a puzzle, as there's nothing much I can see about the music that is very Japanese. The score as written ends too quickly so again I've taken the liberty of extending it by inserting a couple sets of repeat bars. Published by W.H. Scroggie in Montreal in 1904. The first of two nice pieces from this same composer.

Original score source was from Library and Archives Canada via Ted Tjaden's ragtimepiano.ca. His site has an excellent collection of scores written in Canada. Link: https://www.nlc-bnc.ca/obj/m5/f2/csm4326.pdf

This is a reproduction of the original score with the following changes. Added invented transition measures at measures 21 and 70 with accompanying repeat bars for each. Otherwise, as written.

Score #177 in my current ongoing series "Women Ragtime Composers" featuring interesting selections written by ragtime era women. Still more of these coming. Entire collection is on YouTube at this link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwk68P83iuhvxDlLI_-Yi4g/videos

Also added to my set "Canadian Scores" on Musescore, score #11:
