This media file has been nominated for deletion since 17 December 2024. To discuss it, please visit the nomination page.
Do not remove this tag until the deletion nomination is closed. Reason for the nomination: These films all have screenwriters who died after 1945. Chinese copyright law says that "The authors of screenplay, musical works and other works that are included in a cinematographic, television or video-graphic work and can be exploited separately shall be entitled to exercise their copyright independently", so unless it can be proven that the copyright of the script and music in these films are owned by their production companies (which in that case would result in expiration 50 years after publication), the script/music in these films have separate copyrights that didn't expire when the copyright of the cinematographic works they are in did.
