Description
Français : WikiConvention francophone 2022: Comment rendre compte du lobbying sur Wikipédia.
Le recensement des lobbies, réalité économique et politique, soulève des questions délicates : la transparence est-elle toujours démocratique ? A quel moment devient-elle militante ? Quand est-elle éventuellement promotionnelle ? Quels usages faire, sur Wikipédia, des "registres de transparence" nationaux, européen et américain ? On présentera ces outils (Haute autorité pour la transparence de la vie publique, registre européen, site opensecrets.org) ainsi que le rôle d'associations et d'ONG engagées dans le traitement de cette information ; on s'interrogera sur la place que les contributeurs peuvent accorder à cette information, entre transparence, promotion et objectif encyclopédique.
