Description
English: CFP10-DCs induce weak calcium influx. CFP10-DCs were loaded with FLUO-3-AM. Following acquisition of 15 frames as baseline, DCs were stimulated with 10 µg/ml M. tb whole cell lysate. A total of 90 frames were recorded. The movie depicts frames # 7–55. Each scanning frame has been taken at an interval of 2 seconds.
