English: Three dimensional reconstitution through two-photon fluorescence microscopy of neurons within TG infected with vUs7-8mCherry. Cells within a trigeminal ganglion infected with vUs7-8mCherry were visualized by two-photon fluorescence microscopy. Images were taken at every 2 microns using optical sectioning, for a total depth of 88 microns. Using NIH image J software with signal interpolation, the 44 images taken were used to reconstruct a three-dimensional image of a region of interest. |
