Description
English: All these additional video files are reconstructed from time lapse sequences with 300 images in a 60 fps frame rate. The exposure time for each image is 100 ms, interval time between images is 50 ms. 1 pixel = 0.16 μm. TIRFM observation of PHOT1-GFP (True-TIRFM).
