Description
English: Live imaging of pATML1::KRP1 sepal primoridum development. Related to Figure 5. A pATML1::KRP1 sepal primordium was imaged every 6 h for 60 h. Corresponding images are displayed in Figure 5A–C. Note that most of the cells endoreduplicate. Only two divisions of the tracked cells occur during the sequence and both form guard cells.
