English: Emblem of the soviet armed forces 1960 to 1994, Soviet Army (military branches, service branches or armed services), sleeve badge (appliquéd) left hand upper arm (dress uniform/ parade uniform) to be used for the ranks OR1 to 8, and WO1 to 2, here: – ““Communications troops and Radar support troops”, design 1985.
