English: Intracellular localization of core protein. GFP-ADRP expressing cells (green) were labeled with ReAsH (red) at 48 h post-infection. Three forms of core were observed: i) ER-associated core; ii) core associated with ADRP-positive LDs; (iii) ADRP-independent core. ADRP-independent core puncta show motility. Images were captured every 90 sec, scale bar is 17 µm. |
