Очень вам благодарен за вашу деятельность в вашем комитете. Вы так хорошо сказали, очевидно, и все так хорошо и устроилось, именно так, как я мог этого желать. Очень благодарю вас. У меня к вам просьба; если вам скучно исполнять её, не делайте, а если исполните, буду очень благодарен.

Мне нужно знать подробности о смертной казни. Если вы можете мне предоставить их (самые подробные!), то очень обяжете меня. Вопросы мои такие. Как сооружается этот ужасный инструмент, виселица? Как одет палач? Кто присутствует при этом?
