This image was created by User:MechBrowman using http://www.aquarius.geomar.de/omc/ archive copy at the Wayback Machine and Paint Shop Pro. It marks the location where the RMS Titanic sank on April 15, 1912. It also marks the ports that were part of Titanic's maiden voyage route: Southampton, Cherbourg, Queenstown, and New York.

This incident map image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information.
