English: A timelapse video showed a stunning display of Aurora Borealis lighting up the starry skies over Alaska's Glacier Bay from the night of Sunday, October 31, to the early hours of Monday, November 1.
Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve told Reuters that the aurora was expected to be active, but that rainy weather usually blocked the view. However, they were treated to a brief spectacle on Sunday night. "On this night, skies cleared, and we were treated to a nice aurora and starry sky before it fogged up again," a park official said.
