Description
English: Manx is spoken by as many as 1,800 people, primarily on the Isle of Man. A Celtic language, Manx was once driven into decline by English-only policies and fell dormant in 1974, but is growing again today. The video was self-recorded by Owen Williams in Liverpool, United Kingdom, and is published under a CC0 mark. You can copy, modify, distribute and perform the work, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission.
