Reinagle, R.A.- J.D. Harding - S. Prout - C. Hullmandel, / H. Gastineau - C. Carbonnier, and H. Monnier / London: / Printed for R. Ackermann, 96, Strand, / and sold by all booksellers in town and country. [...] Printed at Hullmandel's Lithographic Establishment, 51 Great Marlborough Street, [...] prompt attention.', and on the back cover with lists of 'Lithographic Works / printed by C.
