Description
English: Time-lapse recording of caudal migration of PLL primordium in Nogo-C2/NgRH1a morphant. NogoC2/NgRH1a morphant was anesthetized and then embedded in 1.5% low-melting point agarose, and time-lapse recording was started at 28 hpf. The movie showed the lateral line primordium migrating on the body surface of NogoC2/NgRH1a morphant.
