Description
English: Colocalization of Rgs1 with Late endosomes. GFP-Rab7 marked late endosomes associate with Rgs1-mCherry structures at the hooking stage. Movie shows a time series of images that are maximum intensity Z-projections of confocal stacks; elapsed time is indicated in seconds and the associated Pearson's correlation coefficient is displayed for each time point.
