Description
English: Effects of EGCG treatment on cAMP signaling. The time-lapse acquired under dark-filed optics (snapshots are shown in Figure 4). Images were acquired every 30 seconds. Optical density waves were highlighted by image subtraction of successive images (1 min interval) (lower panels). Duration of the movie is 13 h.
