Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Time-lapse analysis of the subcellular dynamics of the AnSte50-AnFus3 complexes (yellow dot) in the fungal hypha. Single focal pictures were taken at 2 min intervals (total 58 min, 48 min is shown). This movie shows the movement of the AnSte50-AnFus3 complexes between two nuclei. Protein complexes (yellow dot) leave the first nucleus (visualized by mRFP::Histone2A fusion) and move to the second one. While moving to the second one, the complexes slightly touch the plasma membrane. Video is presented by using the setting 5 frames/second.
