English: 3-D-time-lapse movie of GFP-Cobl and LifeAct-RFP corresponding to Fig 1E . 3-D-time-lapse movie of GFP-Cobl and LifeAct-RFP in a dendrite section of a primary hippocampal neuron transfected at DIV6 and imaged at DIV7 corresponding to Fig 1E. Note that Cobl and F-actin accumulate at the same sites within the dendritic arbor and that the F-actin build-up coinciding with the initiation of dendritic protrusions follows Cobl accumulation at the dendritic base.
