Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Dynamics of sypHy signals in relation to active zones. TIRF imaging of the footprint of an isolated bipolar cell from the retina of a transgenic fish expressing sypHy and ribeye-mCherry. The signal marks the relative change in the fluorescence, with black at ΔF/F = 0, and saturating white at ΔF/F = 2 (corresponding to footprint in Figure 3A). The timing of the depolarizing stimulus is marked by a white square in the top left-hand corner. The movie runs at 2× real-time.
