Deutsch: Sympathikolyse unter CT-Kontrolle. Der Patient liegt auf dem Bauch. Im oberen Bild ist die Injektionsnadel mit der Spitze hinter der Aorta erkennbar. Das untere Bild zeigt die Kontrolle der Verteilung des mit Kontrastmittel markierten Lysebolus.
English: CT guided lumbar sympathicolysis. The patient lies on his stomach. The upper image shows the needle tip behind the abdominal aorta. The image below shows distribution of the neurolytic solution (99% alcohol) and contrast medium within the retroperitoneal space (where the sympathetic trunk is located). The lumbar sympathetic trunk is usually located at the medial margin of the psoas muscle at the L2-L3 veretebrae level. |
