Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Principle Component 1 Primary Motion. Movie of Vector 1, or Principal component 1 (PC1). The trajectory was filtered using Gromacs tools to only show movements along the primary eigenvector produced from covariance analysis and using the TCR coordinates. Vector analysis produces vectors ordered according to descending overall contribution to the total energy found in the MD simulations for the analyzed protein or portion of protein involved, which are also plotted energy wise in Figure 5,6 and Figure S6. The first 3 vectors produced represent 90, or 90.1% of all energy and overall motion.
