Description
English: Live cell microscopy of macrophage interactions with motABmotCD Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Using the same methodology and bacterial concentrations as in Video S1, the accumulation of GFP-expressing motABmotCD PA14 bacteria by adherent macrophages was visualized.
