Deutsch: Ansicht des Souvenir Concept-Stores in der Ludwigstraße 41 in Hof (Saale). Für die Anfertigung der Aufnahmen und die Veröffentlichung wurden jeweils vor Ort und von zuständiger Stelle Genehmigungen eingeholt. Der Concept-Store wurde im November 2022 eröffnet und soll im Rahmen einer Förderung vom Bund zur Attraktivitätssteigerung von Innenstädten dienen. Von Oberfranken wurde er zum Innovationsort des Jahres 2022 gekührt. Der Laden selbst erfüllt mehrere Funktionen. Einerseits dient er als Geschäft mit Produkten aus der Region, die sich aus Textilien (Kleidung, Kissen, Wolle), Ernährung (Honig, Wurst, ...) und mehr speisen. Andererseits dient der Laden für Besprechungen an einem extra dafür eingerichteten Raumabschnitt. Beteiligt unter anderem sind die Hochschule Hof und das Hofer Stadtmarketing, das für die Vermarktung von Hof zuständig ist. Zum Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme war der Store noch 9 Tage offen. Grund für die begrenzte Öffnung ist die zeitlich begrenzte Förderung. Die Weiterführung ist ungewiss, da jemand den Laden wirtschaftlich tragen müsste, und dies aussteht. Der Laden jedoch sticht mit diversen Merkmalen heraus: Zunächst ist es ein einzigartiger Laden mit eigenem Konzept und einzigartigen Produkten, die einen Bezug zur Heimat haben (Produkte aus dem Hofer Land und mit Brandings des Hofer Landes). Während in Innenstädten oft Angebote vorherrschen, die es meist auch online gibt, gibt es hier keine Konkurrenz aus dem World Wide Web. Durch die Multifunktionalität und auch die Betonung der Textilindustrie (die in Hof einen gewichtigen historischen Anteil hat), gibt man dem Laden etwas Besonderes, der von anderen heraussticht. Die Gänge sind angenehm breit, sodass man nicht so leicht gegen etwas stößt. Die Produkte sind thematisch gruppiert und in einem Thema angelegt.
Für die Anfertigung wurden verschiedene Mittel angewandt. Die Kamera wurde auf ein Dreibeinstativ geschraubt und über das Smartphone ferngesteuert. Die Aufnahmen wurden über eine HDR-Belichtungsreihe angefertigt. Nach der Ausgangsbelichtungszeit wurde ein Foto mit halber Belichtungszeit und danach ein Foto mit doppelter Belichtungszeit geschossen (0→-→+). Dies soll die Helligkeitsunterschiede im Raum etwas besser kontrollierbar machen (Über- und Unterbelichtung begrenzen). Die 3 Aufnahmen werden auf ein Bild gelegt. In dieser Kategorie hat jedes HDR-Bild noch ein SDR-Bild mit einer einzigen Belichtungszeit, anstatt 3.
English: View of the Souvenir Concept Store at Ludwigstraße 41 in Hof (Saale). Permissions were obtained on site and from the responsible office for the production of the photographs and publication. The concept store was opened in November 2022 and is intended to serve to increase the attractiveness of city centers as part of a grant from the federal government. It was named Innovation Location of the Year 2022 by Upper Franconia. The store itself fulfills several functions. On the one hand, it serves as a store with products from the region, which feed from textiles (clothing, pillows, wool), food (honey, sausage, ...) and more. On the other hand, the store serves for meetings at a section of space specially designed for this purpose. Involved, among others, are the Hof University of Applied Sciences and the Hof City Marketing, which is responsible for marketing of Hof. At the time of recording, the store was still open for 9 days. The reason for the limited opening is the time-limited funding. The continuation is uncertain, because someone would have to carry the store economically, and this is pending. The store, however, stands out with various features: first, it is a unique store with its own concept and unique products that have a connection to the homeland (products from the Hofer Land and with brandings of the Hofer Land). While downtown areas are often dominated by offers that are usually also available online, here there is no competition from the World Wide Web. The multifunctionality and also the emphasis on the textile industry (which has a weighty historical share in Hof), gives the store something special that stands out from others. The aisles are pleasantly wide, so you don't bump into anything easily. The products are grouped thematically and laid out in a theme/topic.
Various means were used to make the photographs. The camera was screwed onto a tripod and remotely controlled via smartphone. The shots were made using an HDR exposure bracket. After the initial exposure time, a photo was taken at half exposure time and then a photo was taken at double exposure time (0→-→+). This is to make the brightness differences in the room a little more controllable (limit overexposure and underexposure). The 3 shots are placed into one image. In this category, each HDR image still has one SDR image with a single exposure time, instead of 3. |
