Description
Deutsch: Sinsheim. ehem. Schwenn´sches Haus, Bj. um 1730(Bahnhofstr. 22), eines der ältesten erhaltenen Wohnhäuser Sinsheims, erbaut kurz nach der Zerstörung der Stadt im pfälzischen Erbfolgekrieg von 1689, typisch für diese Zeit: Die Giebelständigkeit, das Mansardenkrüppelwalmdach, die Gebäudeproportion, große Höhe, geringe Breite. Das Erdgeschoss wurde 1811 massiv erneuert, im Türsturz datiert auf 1811.
