Description
English: Two-color TIRF imaging in the periphery of a COS cell coexpressing KHC(1-560)-3xmCit (green) and EB3-mCherry (red). The movie is an overlay of the two image sequences. KHC(1-560)-3xmCit motors do not move on dynamic microtubules extending back from EB3-mCherry plus ends.
