This is an image of a building or other location within the Pioneer Square-Skid Road Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The district has been successively enlarged, and hence has multiple NRHP IDs: 70000086, 78000341, and 88000739
Description
English: Second Avenue Extension, Seattle, Washington as it reaches completion, June 1929. Seen from the Smith Tower. The buildings seen here that follow the diagonal of the street had all been recently partially demolished and rebuilt with a new exterior wall to follow the new street alignment.
