Description
Deutsch: Regest nach NITSCH, Alfons (Bearb.): Das Spitalarchiv zum Heiligen Geist in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Inventar der Urkunden, Akten und Bände (Inventare der nichtstaatlichen Archive in Baden-Württemberg 9), Karlsruhe 1965, Nr. 584, S. 106f.: Vogt und Richter des Gerichts zu Ruppertshofen in der Waibelhub verhandeln über die Klage des Christian Zech zu Durlangen (Durnungen), dessen Fürsprecher Lienhard Mangolt ist, gegen Hans Hartmann, Klaus Hartmanns Sohn daselbst. Der Beklagte, der auf des Klägers Acker genannt Bruckacker eine Eiche umgehauen hat, erklärt durch seinen Fürsprecher Lienhard Kißling, er habe dies getan, als dieser Acker noch seinem Vater gehörte.
