Description
Deutsch: Fasangartenstraße 3, Perlach, München; Schloss Perlachsoed, nach seinem Erbauer auch Neusönner Schlösschen genannt, zweigeschossiger, giebelständiger Massivbau mit Mansardgiebeldach, um 1696 als zweigeschossiger Walmdachbau für Johann Sebald Neusönner errichtet, um 1730 nach Süden erweitert, um 1780 mit Mansarddach erhöht, im 19./20. Jahrhundert zum dreigeschossigen Satteldachbau mit Rundbogenfenstern umgebaut, 2008 umfassende Sanierung und Rückbau mit Mansarddach Toreinfahrt, Rundbogentor, wohl 18./19. Jahrhundert.
