English: Cell lysis in a sbg1 Δ cell. sbg1Δ spores from tetrad with a plasma membrane marker GFP-Psy1 (green) and a contractile-ring marker Rlc1-tdTomato (red) were dissected and germinated on YE5S plate and the resulting cells were imaged 24 h after the tetrad dissection. The cell was imaged with a time interval of 10 min for ~200 min. Time is in h: min. Frame rate: 7 frames per sec (fps). |
