Summary
[edit]DescriptionSaipem 7000 off Hagdale.jpg |
English: Saipem 7000 is the world's second largest crane vessel. Registered in the Bahamas, the vessel was built in Italy and launched in 1987. It was originally owned by an Italian company Microperi, and named Microperi 7000, but was acquired by another Italian company, Saipem in 1991. The vessel has operated in oilfields all over the Atlantic, including Brasil, the Gulf of Mexico and North Sea.
The orange vessel in attendance is MV Normand Cutter, also owned by Saipem but registered in the UK. To the right is MV Ocean Prince, registered in Norway and operated by the Irish registered company Sartor Offshore Cork Ltd. |
