Description
English:  : Saint Sebastian Church. Built in 1906-1907. Planned by Mihály Bánszkor (Budapest's architect). Capacity 1600 pers. (this time Garta has only 1500 people) Gothic Rivival style (in and out). Tower high 47m. Pulpit and altars by Róbert Lewis Szombathely's workshop. Organ by Josef Angster&Son. Main donors: Prince Nikolaus IV, Prince Esterházy and Baron Miksa Berg. The stone Christ statue (inside) by local (Garta) Lajos Lukácsi. - Rákóczi Ferenc utca and Templom köz corner, Garta neighborhood, Kapuvár, Győr-Moson-Sopron County, Hungary.
