English: 1650 BUILT IN THE JUNIATA SHOPS FOR THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD IN 1908 AS AN EXPERIMENTAL COACH WHICH HAD A SEATING CAPACITY OF 64 PASSENGERS. IT WAS RETIRED IN 1938 AND WAS ON DISPLAY AT THE NEW YORK WORLD’S FAIR IN 1939-1940.

REF. #79002278 THIS COACH IS OUT IN THE YARD AND NOT IN THE ENCLOSED PORTION OF THE MUSEUM. IT IS UNMARKED AND SOMEWHAT DETERIORATED WITH THE WINDOWS BOARDED UP FOR PRESERVATION PURPOSES. I MUST EXPRESS THANKS TO SOME PERSONNEL AT THE MUSEUM WHO TOOK ME OUT INTO THE YARD AND POINTED OUT THE COACH SO I COULD PHOTOGRAPH IT.
