Description
English: "Monumental Figure, from Hulme. Of red sandstone. In relief, measuring 22 inches high by 18 inches wide at the base. The head has been broken off. Dr Colley March observes: "It may be a German Matrona, and so might well be 'standing, fully draped, and holding fruit.'" Now in Peel Park Museum, Salford."
