Description
English: Movement of Myo52-GFP puncta to the division site during three stages (as in S1 Video ) of cytokinesis. The contractile-ring is marked with Rlc1-tdTomato and imaged once every minute (shown in the lower panels). Myo52 was imaged with 0.5-s interval for 3 min. This video corresponds to S3C–S3E Fig. Display rate: 6 fps.
